Group Facilitation

We Help You Listen, Learn, and Develop

Turner Brown facilitates meetings of five or more in a variety of areas, including company or department listening sessions; diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging & accessibility initiatives; retreats; annual goal setting, strategic planning, and team building events. Facilitation can be combined with training or one-on-one coaching and mentoring. Sessions can be held onsite or virtually.

Our approach focuses on accommodating the needs of adult learners and utilizes substantive research regarding your organization’s goals and our experience as educators. We begin by working with you to understand your organizational culture. The program is then designed specifically for your industry and the outcomes you are seeking. We are able to tailor programming for your needs, and utilize a presentation style that includes visual aids, pre- and post-tests, and role play to communicate course content.

In some situations, it has been appropriate to design the agenda for the program after communicating with session participants regarding their specific needs. We have found that open forums and training are most effective when as facilitators or trainers we are flexible and seek constructive feedback.
