Ron Turner

Based in New York City, Ronnie is known as a thoughtful listener and strategic visionary who understands how higher performing organizations are built, and helps to deliver transformational change. For over 25 years, he has served as a trusted advisor to a diverse range of C-suite executives- from large law firms to public and private corporations, to professional sports leagues. Ronnie offers insightful direction on complex matters across the value chain, partnering with executive leadership to deeply analyze need and illuminate the array of potential pathways to growth, as well as the impending vulnerabilities. Utilizing a comprehensive approach, he leads efforts to develop solutions that support corporate strategy while attracting and retaining the high-value talent required to achieve his clients' goals.

 

Prior to co-founding Turner Brown, Ronnie was a global executive with IBM, AXA Group, Ford Motor Company, and The Boeing Company.

 

Ronnie holds a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University College of Law; a Certificate of Graduate International Legal Studies from University of Oxford; and a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Journalism from Wayne State University.
