Rexford Darko

Rexford shares his time between the firm's San Francisco and London offices and leads Turner Brown's Capital Markets and M&A Practice Groups, globally. His search practice focuses on acquisitions, group lift-outs, individual partner transitions and mergers.

 

​Prior to joining Turner Brown, Rexford led the deal origination, transaction execution, and management of equity and debt investments in Silicon Valley venture-backed companies, for the Business Development Company of America, based in New York, New York, and Keating Capital, based in Denver, Colorado.

 

Rexford leverages his capital markets expertise, combined with an honest approach, in providing "white glove" service to all parties in a transaction. He is practiced at coaching leaders as they think through the next phase of their careers and focuses on ensuring each leader’s needs are met.

 

Rexford holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia Business School in New York, a Master of Laws (LLM) from University College London, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from King's College London.
